NAME: Michelle Rasmussen CITY/STATE: Taylorsville, Utah JOB TITLE: Mommy FAN : YES! HOW MANY STARS? 4 1/2 REVIEW: I LOVED this book so much! It was full of excitement and adventure. As a mother of 3, the youngest being 6 months old, I don't get a lot of free time. Because of this, I don't like to waste the precious little free time that I do get. This book was a tasty little morsel of "me-time" that I needed very much. Once I picked it up, I just couldn't put Kobikobis Island down. Now I am looking forward to the next book in the series; you had better get busy Aimee Linde! :) |

| NAME:Chriss Hill City/State: Temple/TX JOB TITLE: Grandmother, author2b FAN? Yes! HOW MANY STARS? 5 REVIEW: On KobiKobis Island, the Journey Begins, I was indeed taken away on a magical journey with Teag and his family after a shipwreck lands them upon an invisible floating island. All he wants to do is save his parents from danger, with the help of great characters like Maddox, the Lion man, and Nyla, the friendly dragon. As I read along, I got to forge through Orange Dragon fields to reach safety from scary Spitniker Dorgoggins (a dragon like creature), swim through Turtle Lagoon to come sliding down through Pineapple Falls; and trek through Black Wizard Forest to reach Diamond Rock. With mystical places as these, the journey has many twists and turns that kept me guessing how it would turn out. I fully appreciated that through this adventure, Teag ultimately learns alot about himself, his history, and the value of his family. It’s a terrific lesson learned and this is a great story that you’ll want to pass onto the children in your life, as I will too. KobiKobis Island - The Journey Begins, by Aimee Linde, is a terrific adventure, one that I’d recommend to anyone who wants to be magically whisked away. |
